Docutech
A document-preparation vendor, integrated for generated disclosures and closing packages.
Docutech generates the document set from loan data — disclosures, the closing package, and the state and programme variants each requires. The integration sends the canonical loan record and receives the rendered documents.
Generating documents from the canonical record rather than from a separate document-entry step is what keeps the package and the loan from disagreeing. It is reached through Document.
